  • Custom or Personalized Orders: May require additional processing time, which will be communicated during checkout.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic):

    • Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
    • free on orders over $50.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic):

    • Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
    • Flat rate: N/A
  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10-15 business days after processing.
    • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is available to select countries; check availability at checkout.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@valorechic.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
